Our Story

Erika loves to cook. She has been fine-tuning her sourdough starter and bread recipe for years now, and loves to bake up fresh, chewy, crusty sourdough loaves for friends and family. People ask for loaves all the time, and now you can have your own.

Erika makes everything from scratch, with simple, natural ingredients from our home base right here in San Clemente.

Erika produces fresh, natural bread without preservatives, chemicals, or anything but natural flour, Himalayan pink salt, pure, filtered spring water, and Proud Mary, her unique sourdough starter.
